현재 멕시코 티후아나 지역에서 홈오피스로 근무가 가능한 반도체 및 LED CS업무 담당자를 구인 중에 있습니다. 관련 경력은 5년 전후로 반도체 및 LED 관련 영업 및 CS, 품질 관련 경력이 있으면 적합할 것으로 보고 있습니다.

The primary objective of this position is client relationship development in order to figure out the inherent claims and current technical issues on the distributing products and report promptly to the QA department of HQ for the proper solution. Therefore, the candidate needs to understand some technical words but the engineering degree is not essential because the claims will be mainly managed by HQ once claim is reported. However, the frequency of IT issue occurrence is rare. So, this position also requires to conduct a role in driving sales volume with co-operation of the HQ sales department at the same time. The incentives are provided as sales position higher than non-sales position.
Work Portion: CS 50%, Sales 50%. Later, there will be inventory management work if company decide to build or rent a store house. The proper training will be provided if the candidate has no inventory management experience.
ⅲ. Currently Opened Position: Sales and CS Position
- Experience in sales of electronic products (LED, BLU(back light unit), UV, Semi conducts)
- Experience in managing technical claims and building a great relationship with clients
- Able to work independently and
- Language: Fluent English is required
- Korean Speaking skill is highly advantageous but not mandatory
- Working experience as sales or CS manager in Samsung or Foxconn is very suitable for this position.
- Work closely with clients and manage claims properly and promptly report to the technical team
- Build a relationship with clients and drive sales for the target goal
- Research and manage filed claims and cooperate with HQ to handle Issues and some other projects.
